We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund terms below.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (such as honey or live bees)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
